Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager
Position Description

The Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager will lead the quality and continuous improvement work, including: Discovery, improvement and implementation of standardized flows (standard work, PDCA, A3) through direct cooperation with the management team and manufacturing team members. The responsibilities are to maintain and improve the Rock quality management system, including file control system management, internal/external quality audit (ISO 9001) and any quality performance indicators.

Basic Requirements
  • Four years of quality, manufacturing or engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Those with actual operation experience are preferred.
  • Education background - bachelor's degree in science or engineering or equivalent experience can replace the experience, and vice versa.
  • ASQ Quality Management - engineering, audit, or Six Sigma certification. Formal training and practical experience on Lean and related responsibilities.
  • Computer knowledge - Microsoft Office's advanced functions, including PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in statistical methods and analysis.
  • If required, it is possible to add working hours flexibly.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Properly coordinate the relationship with superiors and subordinates.
Human Resource Manager
Position Description

As a Human Resource Manager, you will become a trusted advisor to our business, responsible for compliance management of all human resource processes for operation. You will also participate in formulating strategic human resource projects and tasks. You should be full of confidence in the daily human resource work and seek to add value to our business. You need to provide support for managers in employment legislation, planning recruitment, job interview, recruitment process and annual performance evaluation process.

To serve as this role successfully, you need to:
  • Have a graduate diploma in human resource related fields (bachelor's degree or higher)
  • Deeply understand employment laws and practices in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia
  • Have experience in working with trade unions
  • Be keen on managing various operational tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Have experience in working as a Human Resource Manager and support global business in a multicultural environment
  • Have rich experience in recruiting for various positions, including engineering
  • Have knowledge and experience of all personnel processes throughout the employment life cycle
  • Have good negotiation skills and persistent attitude

Independent Project Manager
Position Description

As Project Manager, you represent Rock and lead the entire project and Rock activities together with the customers. The work is based on customer needs and business opportunities for Rock. An important part of your job will be customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction based on real contract terms in a competitive business environment. In addition, you, together with other team members, are responsible for certain project management tasks, write and distribute notes and meeting memos, and create and fill out different documents in the project database.

To serve as this role successfully, you need to:
  • Have mechanical engineering, project management or equivalent education background; B. Those with Sc and above are preferred
  • Have 3-5 years of related working experience
  • Have excellent communication, influence and negotiation skills
  • Understand the terms and conditions of the contract
  • Understand MS Office and Windows environment, and have excellent MS Excel skills
  • High commitments and proactive approaches
  • You are able to work under pressure and with tight schedules in a global multicultural environment
  • You are interested in analyzing project data and forecasting, understand management reports, and are able to quickly adopt new solutions and instructions
Service Engineer
Position Description

The Service Engineer is an expert role that you will become over time. It is unlikely that you have all expertise, skills and knowledge we need at the beginning, so we are willing to pay for you! We recognize that it will be a steady climb process to get you fully up to speed, but we will support you every step on the way.

Basic Requirements

On the site of our customer, you will report directly to the Rock Service Manager. Your primary responsibility in this role is to support and expand Rock's valve market share with your technical knowledge. Specifically, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and providing customer-oriented quality control system services over the time, including the design and implementation of hardware and process control software, to meet customer specifications. Though it seems to be an enormous and challenging portfolio, please be assured that you will obtain all the support and training you need to grow into the position.

Product Sales Manager
Position Description

Your main responsibility is to sell sanitary valves to Singapore and Malaysia. The ability to understand customer demands and translate them into the perfect Rock solution is critical to this role. You will work closely with the Sales Manager, global sanitary valve product team, biopharmaceutical service team, electronic semiconductor service team, manufacturer, etc.

Basic Requirements

You should have a technical degree, preferably in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering. It will be taken as an advantage if you have experience in pharmaceutical plants and biological research laboratories, especially fluid control-related work experience. It is also taken as an advantage for the position if you have experience in a similar role.

Since you will be the one to convince our customers, you need to be experienced in presenting in front of customers as well as in seminars and webinars.
