Pneumatic Butterfly Valve

The pneumatic butterfly valve is suitable for project applications where automatic ON/OFF is realized through closure control services.

Features

  • The square driver that has the extremely tight fitness between the stem and flap provides accurate and repeatable closure and control.

  • The bonded column seal with spring is the strongest structural method, providing consistent operating torque, maximum cycle life, and higher flow control, and avoiding possible extrusion and tearing for a non-bonded seal design.

  • The bonded cartridge seal is easy to disassemble and replace.

  • The disc is made from a spherical disc by precision machining of the edges, providing a long cycle life and consistent torque.

  • The top and bottom stems have blowout protection that also prevents the disc from being lifted or pushed during actuator installation or removal.
